We are looking for a Project Manager who will become the operational backbone of the Product team and help ensure process transparency, effective cross-functional collaboration, and high-quality task execution. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing structure to complex processes, is comfortable working with large amounts of information, and is interested in growing towards Product Management.
What will be your main focus while working with us?
- Coordinate the day-to-day operational activities of the Product team.
- Maintain transparency across processes, tasks, and cross-team communication.
- Create, maintain, and update internal documentation, knowledge bases, and process descriptions.
- Document meeting outcomes, key decisions, agreements, and follow-up actions.
- Support Product Managers in backlog management and keeping it up to date.
- Create, update, and monitor tasks in Jira or other project management systems.
- Track task progress, dependencies, risks, and blockers.
- Coordinate collaboration between Product, Development, Platform, Account Management, and other teams.
- Prepare status updates and ensure visibility into ongoing initiatives.
- Help the team adhere to established processes and agreements.
You’ll be a great fit if you:
- Have experience as a Project Manager, Product Operations Manager, Delivery Coordinator, Business Analyst, or in a similar process coordination role.
- Understand the product development lifecycle and how product or technical teams operate.
- Have hands-on experience with Jira, Trello, or similar task management systems.
- Can effectively structure information, work with documentation, and maintain organized processes.
- Have strong organizational skills and can successfully manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and a high level of accountability.
- Can communicate effectively with stakeholders at different levels of the organization.
- Have English proficiency sufficient for written communication and working with documentation.
- Are interested in further developing your career in Product Management.
Nice to have:
- Experience in the iGaming industry.
- Understanding of B2C product environments.
- Experience working with platform solutions, integrations, or Account Management processes.
- Understanding of product metrics and data-driven decision-making approaches.
