We are looking for a self-organized and independent Casino Content Manager to oversee the launch and operational management of casino games and promotional content across multiple brands. In this role, you will coordinate game releases, configure casino content in CMS, and ensure that promotions, banners, and game collections are published accurately and on schedule.
You will work closely with Product, CRM, QA, Design, AF and other internal and external teams to deliver a seamless player experience and help to maintain casino lobby.
– 1+ year of experience in the iGaming industry (Casino, Sportsbook, or Gaming Content);
– Understanding of casino product basics (slots, live, table, instant games);
– Experience working with analytic platforms such as Tableau, Power BI etc.;
– Basic understanding of key product and performance metrics;
– English proficiency at B1 level or higher;
– Confident user of task tracking and knowledge base programs (JIRA, Confluence, Asana, Notion);
– Strong attention to details and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
Game Content Management
– Coordinate the release plan across all company’s brands;
– Configure games in backoffice and CMS, including categories, positioning, tags, and localization;
– Verify that games are displayed and work correctly across desktop and mobile platforms;
– Report any game issues to tech team, platform and directly to providers;
– Maintain and improve the casino games catalog and lobby structure to increase game performance metrics;
– Constantly update games in different categories, create new games lists.
Promotions & Website Content
– Configure and launch casino promotions, tournaments, and other marketing activities;
– Prepare and localize promotional content for multiple markets;
– Manage banners and other visual assets across multiple brands;
– Monitor campaign launches to ensure timely publication and correct display.
Cross-functional Collaboration
– Coordinate with Product, CRM, Design, AF, QA and external teams;
– Report content issues to Casino lead, Product team and to external teams;
– Creating and following-up on tasks till resolving in internal and external task managers;
– Reporting to management on weekly and monthly basis.
– Experience working with major iGaming platforms;
– Working with game providers (Pragmatic Play, BGaming, NetEnt, etc.) negotiating regarding business and technical topics;
– Experience in launching promotions and gamification: tournaments, challenges, competitions;
– Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for working in a CMS.
