SMM manager

Join a fast-growing iGaming project as an SMM Manager and take full ownership of our social media presence. You will play a key role in scaling our audience, boosting engagement, and driving conversions across multiple markets.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute content strategies tailored to different GEOs and target audiences
• Create and manage content plans (daily / weekly / monthly)
• Adapt content for multiple platforms: Instagram, Telegram, WhatsApp, YouTube
• Manage and continuously update all social media channels
• Publish posts, stories, newsletters, and video content
• Moderate comments and direct messages, ensuring timely responses
• Drive growth in followers, engagement, website traffic, registrations, and deposits
• Collaborate closely with the CRM team and align with their campaigns and activities
• Assign tasks to designers and video production teams
• Ensure high quality of creative assets (banners, stories, videos)
• Track and analyze key performance metrics (CTR, Conversion to deposit, Cost per registration (CPA), Engagement rate)
• Prepare regular performance reports
• Identify insights, trends, and growth opportunities

Requirements:

• Proven experience in iGaming / online casino (mandatory)
• Strong understanding of key metrics: FTD, NGR, Retention
• Hands-on experience managing Telegram, Instagram, WhatsApp, and YouTube
• Experience working with CRM tools and audience segmentation
• English proficiency (required)
